There’s plenty to do in Trinidad this year to celebrate the holidays with family and friends!

To start, don’t miss the Holiday Homelighting Trolley Tour on December 17th, 18th, 22nd and 23rd leading up to Christmas. Enjoy free hot cocoa or apple cider on the ride and vote for your favorite display!

Get cozy with a Victorian-style afternoon tea party in the Trinidad History Museum, also known as Bloom Mansion. The teas take place on Saturday afternoons until Christmas. The museum is also hosting a Family Holiday Craft Fair on December 17th, where families can make ornaments, cards and decorations.

Explore more holiday teas and sweets at the Trinidad Tea Company, which just opened in the beautifully renovated east wing of the West Fox Theatre on Main Street. Simple Teas, just down the street, is holding a Gung Fu Cha Tea Ceremony, showcasing their Winter Harvest Oolong tea.

Holiday nightlife offerings include a Community Holiday Party hosted by The Well Hotel and Taproom on December 22nd. The Well is also hosting a New Year’s Eve party with DJs and a free champagne toast! After Christmas, continue celebrating at the ‘Dad Lounge Tiki Night on December 29th.

Start your 2023 off right with an invigorating New Year’s Day hike or bike ride with the Trinidad Trails Alliance, the Slow Ride and friends. After starting your day outdoors, the group will gather at Almack’s Kitchen for the Grand Opening of their new location.
