Art Specifications

  1. Artwork must be submitted as both a print and digital file, 300 dpi or higher by EOD February 28, 2025 either online at visittrinidadcolorado.com or in person, 210 W. Main. St. Trinidad, CO
  2. Logo should incorporate notable landmarks, designs, landscapes, history, culture, or city’s brand identity.
  3. Logo must represent the event - i.e.
    • Trinidad’s 150th Anniversary
    • Trinidad’s Sesquicentennial
    • Trinidad 1876-2026
    • 150 years of History

Tips for designing the logo

  1. Be creative but keep it simple
  2. Represent the theme and be appropriate/relevant
  3. Make it unique, symbolic and memorable
  4. Don’t forget about color, balance and proportionality
  5. Make it versatile and scalable (can be used in a variety of sizes, colors)

  • Creativity, uniqueness, and originality of the depicted theme.
  • Quality of artistic composition and overall design based on the theme.
  • Color and tone
  • Overall impression of the artwork
