The Adult Spelling Bee

After a few years in dormancy, one of our favorite events is back! The Adult Spelling Bee pits together local adults who think they can spell. The spelling bee starts at 5:30PM on Thursday, March 13th, and runs about and hour and a half, or until all but one speller is eliminated. We will award best (and worst) spellers with modest gifts. If you want to compete, you can sign up by coming into the library or calling (719-846-6841), and you can sign up until 5:30 on the day of the event.

As with previous spelling bees, we need courageous people to sign up as contestants, and also audience members to cheer them on! I hope to see you there!
