Trinidad Legacy Rodeo

Experience the thrill and excitement of the annual Trinidad’s Legacy Rodeo! Join us in celebrating our rich history and traditions that date back to 1910. Witness the best rodeo performers from around the state compete for glory and prizes.
Thursday:
- Trinidad’s Pioneer Pageant – Rodeo Royalty announced! Held at exit 18 Event venue 6 pm
Friday:
- 5 pm – Community Picnic and Kick off Dance in the Rodeo Grounds Park
- 6 pm – Kick off Dance with WestRock
Saturday:
- 2 pm Family Fun in the Park & Vendors at 5 pm CPRA Sanctioned Rodeo (kids events included)
- 8 pm Headlining concert in the Arena
Sunday:
- 2 pm Family Fun in the Park & Vendors at 5 pm CPRA Sanctioned Rodeo (kids events included)
- 8 pm Headlining concert in the Arena
Monday:
- 10 am Downtown Parade theme “Celebrating our Heritage“
- Noon FREE Community BBQ, Family Fun in the Park & Vendors
- 3 pm Ranch Rodeo including JR Teams and kids events!
ALL 3 DAYS of rodeo will include JR events and bringing back Mutton Busting, Calf Scramble, Stick Horse Race and the Nickle Scramble!
