Experience the serenity of this outdoor sanctuary. Take some time for a stroll or spiritual reflection in these beautiful gardens.

The Gardens are named for Sister Blandina, an Italian nun with the Sisters of Charity of Ohio who established Trinidad’s first school and served as a missionary and social worker. In her life, she met Billy the Kid and engaged with leaders of the Apache and Comanche.

The Gardens also stand as a memorial to the dedicated priests and nuns who worked tirelessly in the region to educate, minister to the ill, and provide support to the growing frontier.
