Built in 1912, this three-story stone courthouse is faced with sandstone and ornamented terracotta. Inside are beautiful murals, craftsman ceilings, ironwork, and marble flooring.
Many people, including the architect I.H. Rapp himself, consider the Las Animas County Courthouse his masterpiece.
