Designed by the Repp Brothers firm right in Trinidad, this historic theater opened in 1908 as a venue for traveling vaudeville shows. Over the years, it hosted plays, operas, concerts, and movies. Notable performers include John Philip Sousa, Mother Jones, Roy Rogers, and Sitting Bull.

The interior is adorned with intricate ornamentation and soft pastel hues, echoing the opulence of Rococo design and the refined elegance of the French Renaissance. Every flourish and curve seems to whisper of gilded salons and courtly grandeur.

Backed by state partners, the Fox West Theatre Alliance is actively working to preserve this architectural and cultural treasure—ensuring it remains a vibrant space for audiences today and generations to come.
