As the curtain rises, Alice slides into view at the end of her long fall down the rabbit-hole. It is a more delightful place for the audience than for Alice, who is trying desperately to get back home. She seeks help from the characters she meets, but they are not exactly helpful – Mad Hatter throws a tea party, Tweedledee and Tweedledum get into a fight, the Rabbit is constantly running away from her, and the Cheshire Cat is just plain enigmatic. Poor Alice decides to ask for help from the Red Queen, which seems risky given her temper. The delightful charm of Lewis Carroll’s classic is sure to be enjoyed by all.
Comedy Appropriate for all ages.
